Randon C. Simmons, MD. Dr. Simmons returns to PBS Mental Health Associates after a 30-year hiatus, during which he has practiced at a number of agencies in Butler and, more recently, Mercer Counties.
He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and received a medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He completed a four-year combined internship and residency in General and Child Psychiatry at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic. He is board certified in General Psychiatry, as well as in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry.
Dr. Simmons serves as Medical Director of the Assertive Community Treatment Team, and he will be be seeing outpatients at both the PBS and Family Services sites. His primary areas of interest include child, adolescent, and young adult psychiatry, as well as individuals with intellectual disabilities.
