Ann Loper, MA.  Ann Loper has a BA from Mercyhurst College and an MA from Slippery Rock University.  She has been employed at PBS Mental Health Associates since 2006.  In addition, she has worked as a therapist at the Butler Regional Recovery Program since 2000.  She is a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania.  Ann treats a variety of mental health issues.
