S. Jeffrey Geibel, PhD.  Dr. Geibel has been affiliated with PBS Mental Health Associates since 2001.  A licensed professional counselor and certified addiction counselor, he holds a doctorate in psychology and a master's degree in counseling.  In addition to treating addictive disorders, Dr. Geibel is competent to provide treatment to individuals with depression and anxiety problems.  He has taught psychology and counseling at the undergraduate and graduate levels at several institutions and currently serves as Clinical Director at the Gaiser Addiction Center.
